In the 1930’s J. Kenneth Sadler, Sr. began to invest in income producing real estate ventures. Single family rentals, multifamily developments, commercial and retail properties were all part of his portfolio over the years. His experiences in the Great Depression convinced him of the value of a solid financial foundation and the enduring benefits of income producing real estate. J. Kenneth Sadler, Jr. expanded on the existing foundation with singular entrepreneurial talent and drive, which he also passed along to his sons. That heritage and much of that real estate continues to benefit the current generation through the income and charitable giving of the J. Kenneth Sadler Trust.
